Is it safe to use my credit card on line ?
Absolutely. When you enter your payment information, your order is encrypted by the latest in industry-standard security measures, called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This is encryption technology, that is installed directly in the computer that holds our shopping cart and receives your information. Once information in encrypted by SSL, this data becomes useless, except for the receiving computer this information was intended for. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access and will not be given or sold to any mailing listing company's or any other institution.
How do I know if SSL is working?

How much will my shipping charges be?
During the order process, you will be given your shipping cost, The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping are clearly displayed. The shipping charges are an estimate based on USPS distance and weight.
How do I track my order?
All orders are usually shipped with delivery confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. You will be contacted about any outstanding or back orders, and their status. If you would like to track your order in transit through the postal system, just e-mail your request for a postal tracking numbers, Tracking numbers are not issued without a request.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically. We will e-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order. Have questions we didn't answer? You may return an order minus 1 stick in its original packaging for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee)
or credit within 10 days of receiving your order. If your order is delayed it transit, that is OK, as long as your order is post marked within the return period. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
